In a group of 30 high school students 8 take French, 12 take Spanish and 3 take both languages. How many students of the group take neither French or Spanish?
MetroEye: This is a Group Problem, T=G1+G2-B+N
where T=Total, G1=one group, G2=second Group, B=members in both groups,
N=members in neither group
As per MetroEye,
30=8+12-3+N
=>N=13
13 Students of the group take neither French or Spanish.
thank you this is very helpful
